Why This Survey?

This survey aims to understand how organizations and individuals are adopting generative artificial intelligence (AI), the strategies they are using, and their expectations for the future of work. In particular, it examines planned and ongoing AI investments, approaches to AI talent and staffing, changes in job roles and skill requirements, governance and risk considerations, and how AI is expected to augment productivity, decision-making, and organizational structures in the coming years.

Research Framework

The survey is designed around an Oxford four-level framework for AI transformation that reflects the progressive impact of generative AI: (1) automating business processes, (2) enabling personalized products and experiences, (3) driving innovation in operations and services, and (4) opening new markets and business models. This framework helps structure responses in a systematic way, highlighting how organizations move from efficiency gains toward innovation and long-term value creation, while emphasizing a human-centered approach to AI adoption.
